The interaction of idea, material, colour, technique and usage has to fit perfectly if a good looking and high quality carpet is to become reality. Naturally creativity comes first, but this is always accompanied by optimal production and economic factors, as well as monitoring of social developments. With their knowhow the designers Antje Reschwamm is responsible for aesthetics and techniques.

Master of Textile Design, has successfully enriched the PAULIG collection since 2001 with her carpet designs. Known in the business for many years, you can still find Antje’s carpets from former times on the market. As a matter of fact an award winning Reschwamm design decorated the floor of the German pavilion at the World Fair in Seville. Antje’s feeling for trends and her technical know-how, which enabled her to produce her ideas right after her graduation in her own studio, are the basis for her extraordinary talent to create new carpets with exceptional patterns.
